Australia Wide Shipping.
All Orders are shipped out between Monday - Friday, Within 2 days of your order being placed.
Orders will be sent out via Australia Post or Australia Post Express depending what you selected at checkout, you will be notified once your order has been processed and we will provide a tracking number.
Australia Post - $10, 2-6 Business Days
Australia Post Express $15, 1-4 Business Days
International Shipping.

Duties & Taxes.
Please note that orders shipped outside of Australia may incur import duties, taxes, custom fees or other additional charges which is determined by the destination country. These are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost, Operation is not responsible for these.
These additional charges stated above are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these fees, and they must be paid by the recipient in order for the parcel to be released by customs and for you to receive.
Tracking & Delivery.
Same as Australia, All Orders are shipped out between Monday - Friday.
Once your order has been dispatched (within 2-3 days after order placed), you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that customs processing in your country may cause additional delays beyond our control.
Operation is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Once your parcel leaves our possession, it is the responsibility of the carrier and the recipient to ensure successful delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Parcels.
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect shipping information, we are unable to refund or reship the order. Any additional costs incurred from such circumstances will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns/ Refunds.
We Do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or wrong sizes at this point in time. Please be careful when placing your order ensuring you have the right sizes in your cart as this can not be adjusted.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item(s) or faulty item(s). We do offer resend of item, exchanges or store credits if preferred or particular items are sold out.
